Mountain One Financial Center
Construction on MountainOne Financial Partners' new Financial Center in Pittsfield is nearly
complete, and the building is expected to be operational in late spring. Located at 111 Silver
Lake Blvd. at the William Stanley Business Park near the center of Pittsfield, the 6,850 square-foot
space will house offices for Hoosac Bank; Coakley, Pierpan, Dolan & Collins; Stevenson
Insurance; and True North.
Given the environmental focus of William Stanley Business Park, MountainOne Financial Center
includes many "green" building techniques, including: recycled building materials, passive solar,
high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, advanced insulation, low VOC interior
materials and finishes, and low-impact landscaping.
